You may cancel an order within 30 days if we have not started to manufacture the fence. We cannot honor refunds on any order after 30 days.

We use only the best cedar available. Please understand that cedar is a natural product and will have such characteristics as knots, wanes, slight color variations, etc. Most posts, which are made from tree trunks, will have checks in them. Checks occur when the outside of the post dries faster than the inside thus causing a small crack. A check does not affect the strength of the post or life of the fence. It is these natural characteristics of cedar that make a wood fence preferable to a plastic one.
